We are a very international team, that meets the requirements of diversity in every respect. Our staff, female and male, come from Germany, the United Kingdom, Russia, Pakistan and Italy. Our ages range from 20 to 60. All our staff have relevant academic degrees, speak one or more foreign languages and have studied or worked abroad for extended periods.

 Andrew Geddes, founding Director of the EURASIA Institute, is a British national. After studying and working for several years in China and Japan, he founded the EURASIA Institute in Berlin, Germany in 1993.
Andrew Geddes is responsible for the leadership, management and strategic development of the Institute.
